Upon initial check in there was an issue with the air conditioning, but the owner was extremely responsive and worked to get it resolved within 24 hours. Everything else was just as described — the house was perfect for our family. We would come here again.

Great stay in Corolla! The house was clean, the pool was great, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Short walk to the beach as well. Would definitely stay again.

The home was exactly as advertised. We needed 6 bedrooms and a pool, and that's what we got — even a hot tub. Sleeping was uninterrupted while the kids kept the fun going into the night. We also loved having the large dining table for family dinners. It was 1.5 blocks to the beach, which was not a far walk at all.

We had a great stay! Austin was very easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any questions we had. The house was perfect in every way. Walking distance to beach, bikes at the house to use, and pool floats. Shops and restaurants close was excellent. Plenty of room inside for large families. We would definitely recommend this location and Austin as host.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Austin was very responsive and more than accommodating. We had a small issue and it was addressed immediately. So many amenities and comforts of home. We are already planning our next trip.
